We live in an age defined by vanity, material want and superiority based on physical attractiveness and financial wealth. What the fuck is wrong with this world? God is being used to back racism, prejudice, tyranny and hatred; unregulated, laissez-faire capitalism is be hailed as the cure-all for the world’s innumerable problems and yet, it is precisely capitalism and theism that have created the intoxicated, prejudicial, ridiculous, polluted, and genetically mutated environment in which we live. What the fuck? I am so fucking sick and tired of people running around, supporting causes about which they know nothing because it happens to be the same cause that some flagrantly bigoted, pontificating Neanderthal who merely knows Jesus Christ’s name happens to support. Use your fucking minds, people. Modern existence is defined by the sheople that the bourgeois, elitist aristocrats and religious zealots have so successfully herded into large, antipathetic, oblivious and indifferent cliques of people attempting to better one another with the amassment of silly, fleeting things and ridiculous, inane ideologies that have done nothing historically except result in the decimation of entire cultures, races and other religions and perpetuate the consumerist mania by which we are all afflicted. It is time to grow the fuck up, evolve beyond the transient and ephemeral stimuli for which we so ravenously hunger like dehydrated cattle at the capitalist watering hole. I am afraid for a world that prides itself on how many good deeds it has done, how many dollars it has earned, and how many prayers it has said for all those less fortunate people. We are human beings, for fuck’s sake, and in possession of the most miraculous gift of evolution ever bestowed on a single species: consciousness. We drain all of our natural resources trying to fuel cars and power electronics and power plants that will not last beyond our generation. We need to sort this out, stop fearing imaginary deities in metaphysically ethereal places with the authority and will to condemn our souls to eternal damnation. We need to stop allowing the capitalist mongrels, who want nothing more to than to squeeze us like lemons for the fucking lemonade they drink on the white sandy beaches of exotic locales where they vacation, to get over on us for every god damn dollar they force us to make just to provide for our families and loved ones. No family should ever fear losing its home. No young couple should ever fear losing their apartment or not being able to afford their car payments or insurance, which is the only way they have of getting to work and paying all those fucking bills. I just don’t understand how people can think that increased religious fervor and an increasingly deregulated free market can do anything but exacerbate the problems they have already created. The world is dying before our eyes and anyone who believes me to be nothing more than a fear-monger is insane, ignorant, or a supporter of religion or capitalism or both. If there was a god, this is not how he would’ve wanted human beings to live, and he certainly would not agree with anyone using his name or the name of his son to back legislation to ban the rights of citizens regardless of who they are or what sort of happiness they choose for their lives, or put people to death. This is ludicrous thinking and a complete bastardization of what was intended by the founding fathers of this country or the misguided people who carried the messages of Jesus, Allah and whoever-the-fuck all the way to the New World. America is NOT a christian country nor is it a capitalist country. America would be the best version of itself was it to be propelled by secular humanism and socialism, and anyone who disagrees with me only does so because they profit so greatly from the continued economic oppression and financial enslavement of the public, or are so riddled and abjectly addled with god-fear that they do not have any semblance of an iota of a clue what is right, wrong and just thoroughly fucking arbitrary.
